Description
Cardiff's Millennium Stadium was built to host the 1999 Rugby World Cup and is the Welsh national stadium. It hosts both the country's rugby and football matches as well as other events and has a seating capacity of 74,500. It was renamed the Principality Stadium in 2016 for sponsorship reasons and stands on the site of the old national stadium next to the River Taff.
