Description
Hastings is a town and fishing port on the south coast of England that can trace its history back to Saxon times. It is best known for the nearby Battle of Hastings in 1066 (the Norman Conquest of England) and was one of the original 12th century Cinque Ports. All Saints Street is one of the main streets in the Old Town, the pub sign is The Stag Inn. All Saints church in the background dates from the early 15th century.
