Description
Detail of the main entrance of the neo gothic style Mount Vernon United Methodist Church (UMC) with selective colour processing. The church is in the Mount Vernon neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland and is one of the city's main landmarks. It was designed by Baltimore architect Thomas Dixon in a Norman-Gothic style and completed in 1872. The rose window is modelled after the one in the famous Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris.
