Description
A black and white image of Cerro Torre (3102m / 10,175ft) reflected in Laguna Torre in Los Glaciares National Park in Argentina. The granite towers of Patagonia can be awe inspiring and are among some of the most spectacular mountains on the planet. Cerro Torre is one of the world's most difficult climbs, both due to the sheerness of its rock faces, unusual ice formations and often extreme weather conditions. Los Glaciares National Park was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1981.

Sherilyn Harper
Fantastic black and white mountainous landscape, jealous of a Patagonia visit, we thought it'd be too rigorous, but beautiful to see second hand James
James Brunker replied:
Thank you Sherilyn! Visiting Patagonia doesn't have to be rigorous (the main sights have pretty good facilities these days) though conditions can be demanding at times and a lot of the region is still pretty remote
