Description
Surreal sunset reflections on the Salar de Uyuni in south west Bolivia, the world's largest salt flat covering 10,582 square km / 4,086 square miles. It often floods (to a depth of only a few cm) during the rainy season which turns the surface into a huge mirror reflecting the skies. This can also cause more unusual atmospheric effects and mirages such as hills and distant mountains appearing to float on the horizon. The clear high altitude atmosphere (the Salar lies at an altitude of 3656m / 12,000ft) can also make for beautiful, pure colours especially at sunsets.

Beautiful scene James! Try to crop it 10x3 for a different look and see what that would be like.
James Brunker replied:
Thank you Alinna, I've done a few crops like that for banners etc, need to try a few series to make some big panoramics though wouldn't be many ref points for stitching
