Description
A lovely Quechua lady wearing traditional dress spins wool in the weekly tourist market at Chinchero near Cusco in Peru. Chinchero is famous for its weavers and high quality weavings and has several weaving cooperatives. These embroidered blouses, jackets and hats called monteras are typical of the village and surrounding area.
