Description
Someone didn't read the dress code before turning up on parade.....! This image was taken during the ceremonies for the 16th July Anniversary of the 1809 Uprising in La Paz, Bolivia, one of the first rebellions against Spanish colonial rule in Latin America. Many military and police units take part in the celebrations, as well civic groups and local government ministries.
