Description
Music is everywhere in Cuba. This trombonist was passing the afternoon on the Malecon, the famous sea front promenade in Havana. In the background is the El Morro Castle (Castillo de los Tres Reyes Magos del Morro is the full name in Spanish), built in 1589 to guard the entrance to Havana harbor. It was captured by the British in 1762 and returned to the Spanish a year later. The British also blew up the original watchtower, the current lighthouse was built in 1846.
