Description
A toddler in a stroller happily wanders in the doorway of his mother's hairdressers shop, while large painted figures of the Inca Pachakuteq look on. The figures are the symbol of the Regional Inka Pachakuteq Movement, the mural is propaganda for a candidate for local political elections. Pachakuteq was the 9th and most famous Inca leader, ruling from 1438-1471 and responsible for expanding the region under Inca control from the Cusco area to an empire that stretched along much of the Andes.
