A view across Baltimore's Inner Harbor in black and white with the Commerce Place building in the background. In the foreground is the USS Constellation, built in 1854 and the last sail-only warship designed and built by the United States Navy. She was finally retired from service in 1954 and is part of the Historic Ships of Baltimore museum. Commerce Place was finished in 1992 and with 31 floors and 454 feet (138 m) high is the 4th tallest building in the city. The building on the right is the FNB First National Bank building
