Araucaria or Monkey Puzzle trees (Araucaria araucana) perfectly reflected in Los Patos Lake in Huerquehue National Park in Chile. Monkey puzzles are a spectacular member of the pine family and only found in the wild in Chile's Lake District region and neighbouring Argentina. It is Chile's national tree, the native Mapuche people who live in the area where it grows call it pehuen and consider it sacred.
