A competitor takes part in a Red Bull "Descenso del Condor" / "Descent of the Condor" extreme urban downhill mountain bike race in La Paz, Bolivia. The steep hillsides of the city's suburbs are popular with mountain biking enthusiasts, there are plenty of options for descents of up to 1000m or so in altitude from El Alto down to the lower parts of La Paz city.....!
