Description
Dramatic, almost apocalyptic, rainy season storm clouds swirl over the Soboce cement factory at Viacha not far from Bolivia's capital, La Paz. It is the largest cement plant in Bolivia, producing around 2 million tonnes a year. Rainy season is not the best time for traveling in the Andes but the clouds and lighting can at times be spectacular!
