Description
Cusco, at an altitude of approx. 3400m / 11,150ft in the Peruvian Andes, was once the capital of the Inca empire. The foundations of many of their palaces and buildings remain as a legacy to their superb masonry skills, often with Spanish colonial style buildings built on top. This wall in Calle Hatunrumiyoc contains the famous 12 cornered stone.
