Description
Female Aymara amautas or shamans hold incense burners while performing ceremonies at an event to inaugurate a new cable car line in Bolivia's capital, La Paz. Traditional Andean rituals are an important part of everyday life in Bolivia and are performed at pretty much every event and occasion imaginable, from small scale family occasions to opening ceremonies for major public work projects. The early morning sun illuminating the incense smoke made for a wonderful atmospheric image.

I love the mood of this place, great light, I feel I'm one of them, in the crowd, also I think B&W is a good choice, no color distraction just the light play, absolutely fantastic.

Many thanks for your kind comment Feryal! It took a while to decide whether I preferred the color or B&W version, and for the same reasons
