Description
A fisherman empties out his boat at sunset on one of the San Blas Islands. The San Blas Islands are an archipelago made up of around 400 islands in the Caribbean off the coast of Panama (just visible on the right horizon). The islands are part the Comarca (district) Guna Yala (previously written Kuna Yala) which is home to the Kuna indigenous people who live on some of them. The rest are uninhabited and often resemble your typical picture postcard tropical islands with clear turquoise water, white sand beaches and palm trees.

Congratulations James on being featured in the Fine Art America Group “The Art of Fishing”. A creative, yet precarious, Art of Fishing capture! Hopefully the captain of the little Ocean Master got to enjoy the beautiful skies. Feel free to place this work in the 2023 featured discussion for viewing and discussion should you like.
