Description
Hikers enjoy a beautiful early summer's day walking through a field of young wheat between the small villages of Tudeley and Capel in the Weald of Kent. The villages lie on the edge of the Medway Valley, despite being close to the important railway towns of Tonbridge and Paddock Wood this is still a very rural area and it is easy to enjoy complete peace and quiet in the countryside under wide open skies. This may all change in the near future as Tunbridge Wells Borough Council has plans to build over 4,000 new houses in the area (which is designated green belt land) which will almost certainly destory its charm and beauty.
