Description
Local women wearing traditonal dress and their handicraft stalls in the weekly tourist market at Chinchero near Cusco in Peru. Chinchero was once an important Inca site and settlement, the current colonial village was built over a part of it. The wall behind the women is one of many Inca terraces that can still be seen in the village, which is also famous for its weavers and high quality weavings
