Description
Detail of a panel of rock paintings in the Paja Colorada Cave in the Moro Moro Municipality of Santa Cruz Department, Bolivia. The area is where the valleys of the Andean foothills meet the lowland plains and has a long history of human habitation dating back to at least 2000BC and the Pre-Ceramic Period. This panel shows a large white humanoid figure surrounded by a large number of animal figues in red and white.
