Description
A black and white view of part of the imposing Scarlett Place Condominiums building at 250 President St, MD 21202 on the Inner Harbor in Baltimore under stormy skies. Built in 1987, it was one of the first residential developments along the Inner Harbor. The building contains 147 luxury homes and penthouses and incorporates one of the original walls of the Scarlett Seed Factory, on which Scarlett Place was originally built.
