Description
Moody skies and the sun reflected by water on the surface of the Salar de Uyuni in south west Bolivia, the world's largest salt flat. The Salar covers 10,582 square km / 4,086 square miles at an altitude of 3656m / 12,000ft. It often floods (to a depth of only a few cm) during the rainy season which turns the surface into a huge mirror reflecting the skies.
