Description
Moody skies reflected in water on the surface of the Salar de Uyuni in south west Bolivia, the world's largest salt flat. The Salar covers 10,582 square km / 4,086 square miles at an altitude of 3656m / 12,000ft. It often floods (to a depth of only a few cm) during the rainy season which turns the surface into a huge mirror reflecting the skies.
